Warranty Claims

Warranty Registration:

To register your item for warranty please email us at info@globalamericallc.com. In order to take advantage of the limited warranty you are responsible to do this within 30 days of purchase.

Your email should include the following information:

– Proof of purchase, or receipt from the retailer.

– Picture of the item barcode.

– Your full name and mailing address.

For Warranty Claims:

Please note that the warranty only applies to items that were purchased in “new” condition,  manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship, not for fragile items such as glass, certain plastics or wear from regular use, or damage resulting from using the product in a manner not intended. The warranty on any and all batteries is only 90 days.

If you feel your product qualifies, please contact us with a brief description of the issue, after you receive approval, please ship the item to us for an inspection at:

Please include a paper with your full name and address along with a brief description of the issue.

We cannot accept any items sent to us without prior arrangements.

Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your item back after a warranty inspection. The warranty continues to be valid up to 90 days after a warranty repair or until the original warranty expires, whichever comes first.
